Ok g40 10mm on top G17 Gen 5 on bottom. The g40 pistol grip is definitely thicker. I think it feels good in hand but I think the g17 feels better after handling both back to back. These two pistol I think are in a different category

This is the first extra mag I bought. I don't even have the gun yet, but I will on Monday.
Bought it on a whim. I'll get 4 more plus a quad belt pouch for a full up load out for the Ruger PCC when I get it. Wanna run a class with it. 33x5 is a lot more than 30x3. Granted its 9mm vs 5.56 but paper don't care.

Y'know when you hold it in your hand and you see that its just a chunk of plastic you really wonder what the big fuckin' deal is.
I also find the construction of it somewhat novel.
Most mags are naked steel, many are all polymer. Glock couldn't make up it's mind and said
"Fuck it! We're doing both!"
Its really light, I'll give it that.

I just picked it up and the replacement Daniel Defense rifle. I have about a two hour trip home, then I wanna toss the new sights on it.

I have been looking at type of setup myself.
I guess for defensive shooting they are fine buy how accurate are they?
I dunno, I'll let you know but I think they woukd be superior to 3 dot sights in all regards.
First off, less dots to distract the eye, easier to vertically stack two dots as opposed to lining up three.
Also these sights have nice, crisp edges for daytime accuracy shooting. I think they will be excellent which is why I bought them.

As to the Glock. They actually sold me the Model with the Glock factory night sights. Imma still gonna replace em. Maybe I'll sell the the Glock sights here?
