Since FUKH doesn't want you to carry guns in those so called "sensitive" places. Is she legally responsible if something happens to you or your family? Can you sue her? You could argue that it you had your gun on you. You could have prevented anybody from harming you.

If a bunch of people. Let's say 300. Decide to go to Time square while openly carry. What would NYC do? Would they arrest all 300 of them? Or will they be afraid of arresting them fearing a massive lawsuit?

It took me about 6 months. First I got a target restricted permit. But after bruen I upgraded it to full carry.

I think he meant that if you already have a NYS pistol permit you should be good to go to NYC without having to apply for a NYC permit.

I want to see if NYPD or NYSP will update (by getting rid of some of the bs) the requirements to apply for a pistol permit on Wednesday as quickly as they updated it when it was not beneficial for us.

I don't remember not being able to drive in PA or any other state because my driver license is from NY. And driver licensed are a privilege. Not a right. How do you sue the state, and how much would it cost? I'm seriously thinking about suing NY for permit to posses and my permit from NYS not...

The part of the law that says you need a license"To posses" needs to be challenged. That's preventing many of us from teaching friends how to shoot or from convincing those, who are afraid of guns, that guns aren't that bad. I think they put that part there for that same reason.

Westchester license says. To posses and carry. It doesnt say concealed anywhere. So technically you can open carry if you wanted to.

When all cops decide NOT to arrest anybody for conceal carry, all these stupid laws and permits will go away. You DONT need permission from the goverment to exercise your Second Amendment right. Cops can't just say: " that's the law and I'm just doing my job. " then why they have to endforce...

We only become felons because cops enforce those unconstitutional laws. Governors and mayors in these states dont obey the supreme court because the SC doesnt have cops to enforce their ruling. But governors and mayors do have gestapos to throw us in jail if we dont follow their commands.

I asked that question around here before. Someone said Westchester would not let you change the address in your pistol permit for an out of state one. I'm not sure how true is that tho. But if it can be done. I'll do it next week
