To be honest it comes down to budget and preference. You can go out and buy a rifle for less than <$1000 (before glass) that will shoot very well and will allow you to hit targets at 1000 yards.
Or you can buy parts and build your own. Your probably going to spend more money in the end and if...
The Revolutionary Hudson H9
Its pretty much what it looks like, striker fired 9x19 with the ergos of a 1911. Size wise it comes in about the same as a Glock 19.
Its pretty expensive at just over $1100 but it is always nice to see innovation in the civilian small arms industry.

IB4 bad deal. This is actually a really good price on this thing. $500 cheaper than any other retailer I can find online right now and $1000 cheaper than I could find 6 months ago.
You just had to ruin my fun didn't you. I was hoping I could drag this thread out at least as long as the last one.
Any way, yes it is pretty good living in a non FUAC zone.
So I saw this come up on a gun forums and went for it. I got everything you see in the pic, two factory 15 round mags, one with a +5 round factory mag extension, and a SilencerCo threaded barrel. I've already ordered a thread protector for the barrel.
I like my Glock, I really do. But variety is the spice of life. I've already decided on a CZ SP-01 as my next pistol. That is unless I see a chiappa rhino 60ds for a really good price.
But custom czs are some of the nicest looking pistols out there.
I don't feel it as an issue, but I've got smaller hands. Best bet is to find one and go through the motions of a reload gripping as hard as you can.
As for the sights, my came as it is from the store I had no idea the bold sights were an option. Any idea how to go about getting them or is it...
Honestly I would just get the SPS tactical, the one that comes with a threaded barrel. That way you can put whatever muzzle device you want on it and if you need yo replace the barrel you can get one from any of the barrel makers who make REM 700 pattern barrels.
I didn't have any problem with extraction pattern. And as for sights I'm thinking of getting the truglo sights that are both tritium and fiber optic.

I went to the range and shot it. 200 rounds of Fiocchi. I didn't take any pictures because I didn't shoot anything worth bragging about and I'm not nearly a good enough pistol shooter to claim any inaccuracies are the guns fault.
All in all it performed great, no failures of any sort.
As for...
I'm guessing it has something to do with it being welded in place on a muzzleloader.
Muzzleloader are "antique firearms" and silencers are only regulated if they can be attached to a "firearm" from what I can tell reading through faq by welding it onto the muzzleloader it is no longer a...
Here is the video with MAC talking about the RDB-S in 6.5
That sounds like Kel-Tec they made their business making some pretty innovative guns, however hey had a reputation for bad reliability. But a few years back they redid all their manufacturing standards and got ISO certified and their...
I escaped from NY about 5 months back, and the RDB-S is NY legal from the factory Kel-Tec | RDB-S
They are supposed to be coming out with conversion kits for it, one of them and the only one demostrated to the public so far is 6.5Gren.
Yea, have to agree. It would be one thing if she had no prior criminal history and the gun was in her house. But in her "recreational vehicle" and then apparently trying to hide if from the fuzz. She also had illegal drugs on her which removes any right this woman had to be carrying a firearm...
I figure at some point I'll buy a dedicated CC pistol, probably something single stack with a capacity less than 10 rounds. I don't like bulky or loose clothes and now living in a much warmer environment I can't rely on a coat or jacket to smooth over printing with for 7-8 months of the year.
I'm not a glock "fan" I got it because I like how it felt and how the gen 4s I've fired shot. I also cost less than a VP9 or
P320 and comes with 3 mags. It also has a pedigree of reliability the CZ doesn't.
I really thought about it, had a slight giggle about leading people on to see how far I...
The lack of finger grooves is kinda what sold me on it. I hated the grooves on the gen 4s that I fired but when I held this one in the store it felt so much better in the hand than the gen 4s.
I've made a pact with myself that I'm not going to spend any money on this gun until I've put at least...
I kinda decided on type: striker fired, size: compact, and caliber: 9mm then tried as many guns that fit those categories as I could.
@Dayten I want to get a GI spec 1911 next. But to be honest I enjoy shooting rifles more and I have a list of rifles and rifle accessories I'd buy before I...
I should probably change that, but Schoharie still feels like home to me.
I hope I made the right decision, the VP9 felt slightly better but not enough to make it worth the extra cost and the P10C looks nice and feels nice but again only comes with one mag and doesn't have half the pedigree...
It does seem a little suspect that they just file the suit now after the contract has been awarded. I highly doubt Steyr was ignorant of any imfringment of their patent by the P320 until now considering the gun has been publicly available for years.
That said until I have more information...
I will. My ammo shipment probably won't come in until late this week and I don't like going to public ranges on the weekend but I'll be sure to write something up when I do shoot it.
