Nah, two different birds with two different roles. Thats not even getting into all the different variants and whatnot.
That sucks, be ready for a nasty muddy mess. Spring is about the worst time to have to replace one.
A Bren gun is something I'd really like to fire, the development of LMGs...
My sister used to compete when she was in college. It's not nearly as easy at it seems. If you want to try something similar go for a jog, about a km then try and hit a 10cm target at 20 meters with iron-sights standing or a 1cm target prone.
Yea, Other than the can that gun is completely legal in NY. Its only $6750!

There is an old quarry I go to to shoot sometimes, every time I go I bring a trashbag and spent a few minutes picking up trash.
Why is Leave No Trace so hard to understand?
Yea, that's OK though if that is what they really think is unobtainable, I was really thinking more along the line of something like the Pancor Jackhammer which is number two on my list.
And number three is the Walther WA 2000 which also counts as my 'If I win the lotto gun'.
Are there any detailed plans or schematics for it?
It would probably cost a considerable amount of money but building a functional replica doesn't seem impossible.
By unobtainable I don't mean illegal in NY. I mean a gun so rare only a few were made or guns that may have never left the drawing board. Or in my case something that was never distributed to a civilian market.
For me its the SVU-AS also known as the OTs-03AS
Its pretty much what it appears...
a single 1040 from 2005 that revel he paid 38 million in taxes on 150 million in income and nothing obviously illegal.
I do believe the term for this is egg on face.

These are the same people that think Appleseed is a front for training right wing militia members to be snipers. The same people that claim a cartoon frog is a symbol of racism. Narrow minded is about the politest thing than can be said about the SPLC.
I'm probably going to get one. I've heard a few complaints from people about the blast from the break on my rifle. The one I'm looking at getting is a Ferfrans break + CRD.
Looks like it was built to compete with the RPR, it isn't backed up by the same claims as the RPR but its a fine looking rifle.

That is actually really cool, as shitty as the situation is here in NY, CT, and CA it means a lot that companies are putting in the effort to make products for a limited market.
The Remington R25 GII comes with a non threaded barrel and a fixed stock. Mine is one of the first runs made and it was manufactured by DPMS then shipped to Illion, NY for coating and assembly. Bolt a Boar grip on it and your good to go.
Blaine does some pretty dangerous stuff, the bullet catch trick just seems stupid in that its not hard to figure out what hes doing and how it works. The water spouting trick with kerosene on the other hand requires a lot of practices, skill and probably will kill him some day just like it...
I cannot wait to see the finial product, from sketches on paper to an actual knife. I'm not nearly as into knives as I used to be but I'm really excited for this one.
Very nice. @Saltwater60 damascus is actually not that expensive anymore. Many manufacturers make damascus knives for very reasonable prices. Mcusta and spyderco in the under $200 range, and Reate and Lionsteel in the $500 to $300 range. $500+ could get you a nice CRK with a damascus blade.
I got this from the maker today.

It's nothing fancy materials wise, 1095 steel and it's going to have FDE G10 scales on the handle. But it is the first custom I've ever ordered.
Ha.
Just south of me is a 50% grade that was loged about 10 years ago and the DEC left half the wood and all the tops of the red pine that were felled behind. They did into make cover for deer, it worked.
Can I get one of you to push up through it for me?
