Part 3
Criticalt said:.... At 5 and 10 her kids are not versed in the use of pistols. So why have them where they can fondle them, right next to the video console? Her 2 kids may know but how do visitors know its not a gun controller for the PS4.
I'm not commenting on the shotgun in the closet...
Part 2
https://nygunforum.com/threads/little-bit-of-a-rant-today.12814/
This is everyday, not just a rare occurrence. Maybe I am wrong, things just are so very different than anything that I remember from years past.
Went to Best Buy this morning to buy a Shredder. We were out front waiting...
Part 1
Thanks for the tip on GOP. I really did not spend much time checking you out the other day and gave you a pass. My Mistake.... With the tip you just left left I found the thread.... Dude open carrying. nobody freaked out!
Gop said
I have mentioned this many times here, I open carry on...
Riddles and tranny-lover now. Is that the best you have?
I Must have rattled your cage. Hey, Just explain your posts in a logical sense and make me a believer. How about that?
I suppose we will be at level 8 armor at some point. There is always a kink in the armor but that requires precision accuracy. I watched a video on silencers at some gov military site with this solder showing the difference between a M-4 silenced and one that was not. It choreographed around...
I did not expect you to post anything. That would require a real department ID
I will be happy to call it back when you provide Proof. Until then I ain't buying your story because your posts are not logical.
Listen Up AirbornGuy. I called my shot. Very strange posts from a law enforcement officer period and if you want to change my mind Post your department ID. Otherwise I ain't buying your story
I see apparently some you have not followed the thread. Nortatoga makes a statement that having a magazine over 10 rounds is a felony and a leo on this board told him that. It could be a misdemeanor also. I would assume he mentioned LEO because whoever said that had a Leo badge.
I asked...
OK Will. On this Thread...... Sick deal on Glock 80%
He is buying 80% finished Glock and talking all about what he is doing.
On page 2 of the above link..... he states
Hear me out on this. Perhaps @pmcjuryny can respond.
As per the ATF, an 80 percent completed receiver is considered a...
Now that is good shooting for a 10-22. I use the Winchester super X in mine. Quick question. When you get a flyer is it usually your last shot of the group?
Hummmm..... You finally read it. Pre 94 mags not a felony but a misdemeanor at best if owned prior to the safe gun act.
Which contradicts your statement of.... Yes a post safe act 10+ mag is a Felony so is a pre safe act mag that is not permanently modified to hold 10 rds or less! Pre 1994...
Ok Bud if you believe that it's fine with me.
You may want to read section III Magazines....... http://www.nypdcea.org/pdfs/nysp_safe_act_field_guide.pdf
Will when I said.... Don't show me a badge, show me your ID. I was not addressing you. If a Guy walks up to you and flashes a badge does it mean he is a Leo. No. He better have more than just some badge he could have bought on ebay before he gets my attention. Had some cop years ago pull
next...
Nice Try Nortatoga. But you missed this part.
For purposes of this subdivision, a large capacity ammunition feeding
device "SHALL NOT" include an ammunition feeding device lawfully possessed
by such person before the effective date of the chapter of the laws of
two thousand thirteen.
If you...
Will I did notice your ID card photos disappeared. One was a Marine corps reserve and the other Us Army ID card. Both without names or rank. When I got out they took your ID card as you were no longer in the service.
Listen up. You have no idea of what you are talking about. 265,02 (8) does not apply to your statement.
I would suggest you read 265 in it's entirety
Perhaps you should read this. http://www.nypdcea.org/pdfs/nysp_safe_act_field_guide.pdf
You still know little of nothing as that does not apply to your statement.
Your statement.... Yes except over 10rd mag is a felony and I know the LEO's on here have said they have not leeway to overlook it.
Wanna try again Whizz Kid
I am not pointing fingers at anyone. Just read the posts of some of these Actors and anyone with half a brain can figure out a phony.
Now as I said those leo/military bars hold no weight in my opinion as they have not been verified. Don't show me a badge, show me your ID.
My point here Will is that quoting someone that Claims to be a Leo on this board has the weight of a grain of salt. As you just stated this board did not require any actual Proof you were military. I see several of these Clowns with Leo tags and when you read what they write you know they are...
I see you know little of nothing. I saw the word but you failed to point to the law that stated it is a felony. Now if you would like to do that it might get my attention.
Your statement was..... Yes except over 10rd mag is a felony and I know the LEO's on here have said they have not leeway to...
Regardless of dept policy there is always leeway in most cases. Now in regards to those leo/military bars. I see you have one Will. Did you have to present your DD-214 or discharge papers to prove you were military before receiving it?
Is that kind of like you get pulled over for traffic violation and the cop has to write you? Let me tell you, all these Leo and Military Icons attached to someones avatar don't mean they actually are or were in the military or a Leo.
You know Will, I had not read that and none of the guys at the range mentioned it. Good news for all I suppose except the guy that gets hit with the 10th round.
I don't know anything about counting rounds in lockport. I have read the state police policy on the issue of when they can check how many rounds you have in a pistol. It came down to this. If simply checking to see if a person has a permit you can not check the magazine for bullets. A probable...
I would think Will that unless you get testy with a cop he could care less if you had a restricted license.
As I said before I have never heard of anyone loosing their license for simply carrying on a restricted license.
Nor have I ever seen any case law where a permit holder using sound...
If you had a permit that said for hunting, fishing, target shooting, hiking or whatever it is restricted on it's face only. Which means squat unless you are dumber that a piglet and told the cop when he asked you why are you carrying a gun and you told him for personal protection.
This is all...
The key word is Proper Cause. The judge decides the proper cause is for you to have an unrestricted permit.
If a cop stops you, you are hiking, going hunting, going target shooting and walla that restricted pistol permit is the same as a full carry.
It's just the liberaltards trying to BS...
There are guidelines Will and some of it is Law. It appears you expect the law to say you can carry with a restricted permit anywhere.
When what you should be looking at is what you can not do.
Had a friend of mine who had a salvage yard and he had environmental problems in his yard. The town...
Now you have a second copy you lucky guy!
You know Will, Laws are made not for what you can do but for what you can not do.
Think of it this way. You can not smoke in a public building..... That is Law
But you can smoke elsewhere. That is not a Law.
You can drive a car on your own property...
Bamboozle them with BS and make them good little dweebs. I have never found a case or heard of one where a restricted permit holder ever had their license revoked for carrying with a restricted permit.
Here are the reasons you may lose your carry license.....
New York Consolidated Laws...

That is correct. The judge that signed your permit is a surrogate's court judge and his authority only covers the county in which he is a judge.
Don't expect me to do your research. Do it yourself.
